Family and career has always been a balancing act for me. Marrying and having children in college meant juggling work and family life from the very beginning of my career. My parents assisted, but when my father became ill while caring for our younger son, I found myself in a dual role of caring for both children and aging parents. These experiences led me to found Care.com with a great team, serving millions of families and caregivers for over 14 years. However, we couldn't fully tackle the cognitive burdens families face, affecting their self-care, nutrition, and overall well-being. Now, with Ohai.ai, my commitment to positively impacting families globally is stronger than ever. We are focused on developing solutions for Chief Household Officers, primarily women, helping them achieve their utmost potential. Each goal, project, and challenge is a step towards growth, and I'm ready to embrace this new chapter with determination, continuing to support families worldwide.

Messing something up for your kid is the worst feeling.
