At Ohai, our focus is building the best user experience. We began developing our own AI algorithms to serve families in 2023. We use foundational LLMs like ChatGPT to help power O's conversations and we're continually exploring other tools to fulfill our mission of serving families.
What if I need a human?
Ohai has a dedicated team of human assistants prepared to step in whenever O needs help. You can help improve O’s conversation skills by giving messages a thumbs up or thumbs down. Giving a thumbs down will call a human assistant to intervene if O is getting off track.
