Family and career has always been a balancing act for me. Marrying and having children in college meant juggling work and family life from the very beginning of my career. My parents assisted, but when my father became ill while caring for our younger son, I found myself in a dual role of caring for both children and aging parents. These experiences led me to found Care.com with a great team, serving millions of families and caregivers for over 14 years. However, we couldn't fully tackle the cognitive burdens families face, affecting their self-care, nutrition, and overall well-being. Now, with Ohai.ai, my commitment to positively impacting families globally is stronger than ever. We are focused on developing solutions for Chief Household Officers, primarily women, helping them achieve their utmost potential. Each goal, project, and challenge is a step towards growth, and I'm ready to embrace this new chapter with determination, continuing to support families worldwide.

Even though my husband and I are now empty nesters, Ohai has helped us get control over our house and schedules.  My favorite feature is the reminders.  I no longer stress about missing things.  I can now stay on top of personal / household tasks as well as work tasks.

I’ve always been passionate about leveraging technology to solve complex challenges for families—so they can focus on what truly matters. With my own family spread across multiple states and time zones, seamless communication and coordination are essential for keeping up with important dates, planning travel, and caring for aging parents. Add the challenge of balancing self-care with a busy schedule, and it becomes even more important to have the right support system in place. That’s why I’m so excited about what we’re building at Ohai—it’s a solution that keeps my family organized, connected, and on top of things, all while helping me stay sane!

As a head of engineering, I navigate the complexities of tech while also leading a vibrant home life. With two daughters navigating the complexities of high school and a wife balancing a career, schedules are always packed. To maintain order and stay connected, we rely on Ohai, our central hub for managing work, school, and everything in between. It's how we keep our busy lives organized and ensure we all stay in sync.

I spent years as SVP at Samsung Electronics asking the question: how can technology genuinely make people's lives better, not just more efficient? It's the same question that brought me to Ohai. I joined because I believe in the mission: using AI for good, in service of families instead of just efficiency. What excites me most is that Ohai doesn't ask us to hand more of our lives over to technology—it gives us back the time and headspace to be more human with the people we love. I'm super thrilled about our next-generation family AI product, and I cannot wait to see it in the homes of millions of families, helping them reduce their mental load.
