Back to school is upon us, and those who will not prepare now will be trying to play catch up at the last possible moment. 

Don't stress yourself out. While the tips below will not solve all your problems, they might make sure that you do not forget about anything. 


## **Establishing a Positive Routine**

Creating a well-structured daily routine helps children feel more secure and improves their academic performance.

Key aspects include setting consistent bedtime schedules, developing an efficient morning routine, and organizing homework time effectively.


### **Setting a Consistent Bedtime Routine**

A regular bedtime helps manage sleep patterns, which are vital for children's health and focus.

Set a specific time for lights out each night. Implement calming activities before bed, such as reading or listening to soft music, to signal to your child that it’s time to wind down.

Avoid screens at least an hour before bedtime to prevent sleep disruptions. Maintaining the same bedtime even on weekends ensures that children’s sleep cycles remain stable.


### **Developing a Morning Routine**
